Her expertise in education and health promotion has been instrumental in shaping ConnectedLE's Lived Experience Model, making it a transformative tool in the field.
Throughout her career, Nicole has been deeply involved in the development and implementation of Problem-Based Learning and Communication Skills programs designed to elevate the training of future medical professionals. Her commitment to an interdisciplinary approach has led her to promote and coordinate Inter-professional Learning across various Allied Health Professions at Griffith University, fostering collaboration and improving communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
