As Co-founder of ConnectedLE, Nicole has pioneered a fresh and unique approach to mental health and wellbeing training, grounded in the powerful voice of lived experience. Her expertise in education and health promotion has been instrumental in shaping ConnectedLE's Lived Experience Model, making it a transformative tool in the field.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been deeply involved in the development and implementation of Problem-Based Learning and Communication Skills programs designed to elevate the training of future medical professionals. Her commitment to an interdisciplinary approach has led her to promote and coordinate Inter-professional Learning across various Allied Health Professions at Griffith University, fostering collaboration and improving communication between healthcare professionals and patients.

With a rich background in higher education, health promotion, and secondary teaching, Nicole is passionate about creating interactive educational experiences that are both clear and impactful. She values the importance of reflection in learning, encouraging students to engage deeply with the material.
